How to Mint NFTs from INOs or Drops using KUSD

To participate in the KleverNFT Drops (INOs), you need to have KUSD (KDA). Learn these simple steps how to do it.

Our team is excited to finally enable purchases in the brand new KleverNFT marketplace platform, and we know you’re excited too.

The KleverNFT marketplace platform is a well-executed project dedicated to making NFT purchases as fluid, user-friendly, and safe as possible.

Therefore, some initial considerations should be remembered so you can make your purchase with no blockers and no difficulties.

So, the first thing you need to know is that NFTs in KleverNFT Marketplace will be available to buy and sell on the open market in KLV

However, all NFTs released from the Initial NFT Offerings (INOs) or Drops on KleverNFT Marketplace will only be purchased with the KUSD coin, the USD stablecoin on KleverChain. (Swap fees might apply)

Consequently, to participate in the KleverNFT Drops (INOs), you need to have KUSD. We’ll explain in very simple steps how to get KUSD and start enjoying your NFT journey inside the KleverNFT platform.

Without further ado, follow the instructions below to get KUSD and participate:

1. Make sure you have the proper pairs to swap for KUSD

Important: Swap via Klever Wallet, K4 is currently being used, while K5 is currently under development and being integrated with Swap 2.0

First of all, if you wish to convert and get KUSD, you should have one of these coins:

If you don’t have any of those, please buy or swap with the current coins you have in order to swap them for KUSD later.

2. Swapping for KUSD

Once you have one of those coins listed above, follow these steps:

Step 1: Open your Klever Wallet app (K4) and then click on the ‘Swap’ option.

Step 2: Select one of the stable coins available: USDT (TRC-20), USDT (ERC-20), USDC or BUSD and then choose KUSD as the coin you want to swap to and click next.

Step 3: Now, go to your K5 wallet, copy your KLV address from it. (Download K5 here)

Step 4: Go back to K4 and insert the address from K5 that will receive the KUSD amount.

Note that you will use the K5 Wallet to access the KleverNFT platform and participate in the INO events though the K5 browser, so your KUSD funds need to be on K5.
